RETURN POLICY

At Warrior Grade Hygiene, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you find that your product remains unused and is in its original packaging, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items: Please note that due to health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns on any items that can be subjected to contamination. This includes our range of beard oils, fragrances, rubs and lotions. 

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Printed Merchandise: Our Warrior Swag collection, which includes apparel and accessories like shirts, hats, and mugs, is created on-demand through a third-party service. These items are made specifically for you when you order, so they are considered final sale. Please ensure you choose the correct size and specifications when ordering as we cannot offer returns or exchanges on these products. We only accept returns for defective or damaged items. If damaged, file a claim with the shipping carrier immediately. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Cancellations:
Since our products are made to order, we cannot accept cancellations once the order has been processed. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

Return Process: Returns must be initiated by the original purchaser; we do not process returns or exchanges for items received as gifts. To initiate a return, please get in touch with our support team at info@getwarriorgrade.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item. You will be issued a Return Authorization.

Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees originally paid on your order are not refundable, and you will be responsible for covering the costs of return shipping. Warrior Grade Hygiene does not provide return shipping labels.

All ingredients for each of our products are detailed on the product pages of our website. If you are allergic or sensitive to any specific components, we recommend not using those products. For those uncertain about potential skin reactions, we suggest a patch test—apply a small amount of the product on a discrete area of skin before full use. Discontinue use immediately if any irritation develops.
