SHIPPING POLICY
Warrior Grade Hygiene offers shipping across the United States with USPS and provides international shipping services via DHL.
Domestic Shipping - Typically, packages reach their destination within 3-10 business days, depending on the chosen shipping method and your location within the U.S. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii might take an extra 7-15 business days. We provide tracking information for all shipments, allowing you to follow your order’s journey.
International Shipping - Depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, international orders can take up to 30 business days to arrive. Please be aware that international shipments may incur additional taxes and customs duties, which are the purchaser's responsibility. Warrior Grade Hygiene does not cover these additional charges.
Shipping costs are determined at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and overall size.

- *Based on order totals after discounts codes and special promotions have been applied.
- **Transit time is estimated based on ideal shipping conditions and does not include the 3-day order processing time. Weather and other factors may delay the delivery. Days in transit are calculated in business days, which are Monday through Friday; Saturday and Sunday are not factored in these estimates.
Warrior Grade Hygiene will not issue refunds or replacements for shipment delays caused by the carrier.
For purchases made via the Shop App, TikTok App, Instagram App, or Facebook App, we provide limited package protection at no additional cost. To initiate a claim, please email info@getwarriorgrade.com with your name, order number, and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will review the incident and, if eligible, will proceed with a claim, which requires proof of purchase and a customer-signed affidavit. Processing a claim can take between 6-10 weeks. Upon approval, we will issue a replacement order. No refunds are available, and if an item is no longer in stock, you may select another product of equal value. Please note that there is a limit of two claims per customer per calendar year for stolen packages.
